Institute has one hostel having 03 seated rooms accommodation for 60 students with wooden cot, study table and chair and individual cupboard.

The institute is running 3 diploma courses at present, equipment in the institute are sufficient to impart training for diploma courses.

Institute has a 2 computer center in which 90 IBM system.

The Institute has a rich library and well equipped learning resource center.

Government Polyechnic College Kursi Road, Barabanki is the premier institute of Uttar Pradesh. It was setup in 2013 for imparting training to the students. It is located at Kursi Road near Amrond Food Factory. It is known as Government polytechnic Kursi Road Fatehpur Barabanki. It is affiliated to All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE) new Delhi. The present campus measured 5 acres of land.

The college runs 3 year courses for Mechanical Engineering (Production), Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering with 75 intake each.

The vision of the Government Polyechnic College Kursi Road, Barabanki always is to inculcate imbibe educational ethics, foster technical expertise and managerial qualities in students.
